Course Objective:

• The objective of this course is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of Industrial Robots and their operation.
• Understand the basic principles and features of Industrial Robots.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety precautions and guidelines for operating robots.
• Familiarize themselves with the components of an Industrial Robot system, including the Robot, Controller, and Pendant.
• Utilize the Program Pendant and its keys to create, edit, and manage robot programs.
• Understand and utilize the Inform List for I/O operations and control instructions.
• Register and manage master jobs. Demonstrate proficiency in using various functions and PP keys for efficient robot programming.
• Define and modify the Tool Centre Point for accurate robot operations.
• Understand and troubleshoot common errors and alarms in robot operation.
